C•CURE User Group EMEA Terms Of Reference.

Background/
Purpose

The C•CURE product is very often found as the core central security systems of organisations and government agencies requiring a high degree of security protection against its security risks and terrorist type attacks.

The ever increasing diversity, complexity and in particular the integration to third party applications of C•CURE has generated a real need for the creation of an end-user knowledge sharing community, where benefit can be gained from others experiences and risk mitigation methods.

With the introduction of enhanced infrastructures and technologies of various types within the modern working environment, it is inevitable that the Security Industry should make the most benefit of these.
It can often be found within individual business structures that this happens, but hitherto, there has been no co-ordinated effort to bring these different structures to one forum.

The purpose of the ‘C•CURE User Group’ is to bring the use of the Tyco Fire and Security portfolio, and their associated products, into one customer user forum for the benefits stated below in the Deliverables.

Scope/Approach

It is expected that this group will be formed from interested organisations, which have a desire to meet the Deliverables listed below.

The organisations will be based within the defined region of Europe; Middle East and Africa.

The group will be absolutely independent, being formed to serve the needs of the end-user community.  In doing so it will form direct links to Software House in order to provide Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback directly to the manufacture.  In this way its aim is to enhance and develop the C•CURE product and ensure it is both a stable and reliable platform. The foregoing will be achieved with the full commitment and support of the Tyco Fire & Security Group.

It could be anticipated that the ‘C•CURE User Group Steering Committee’ would meet on a regular basis.

In addition a representative of the ‘C•CURE User Group Steering Committee’ will provide the membership of any other regional or established global groups.
